“UPDATE PRODUCT MANAGER CECK FAILED” is shown, when I start the PM !
” DNS looked up failed ” under Windows 7 … whats happen ????
I have Internet- Connection with Google Chrome

Hi,
First, you could try restarting the computer and see if it helps.
Do you have any firewall/antivirus/security programs running that could be blocking certain internet connections?
What’s the IP of your DNS server?

thanks for fast replay ! 🙂 unfortunatly NOTHING helps to fix this problem … (Windows 7 Pro)
even not Restart etc. – DNS Adress is on “automatic” – even when I set 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4. (Google DNS)
it doesn´t work …. Firewall ON/OFF does not eliminate the Problem too ….
Toontrack Product Manager obviously don´t like me & don´t let me Update ….! 🙂
All other programs runs without problems !
Even in the Registry I delete all the old Item and re-installed the PM ….. no succes ….
Now I really don´t know anymore what to do …. 🙁
BTW – XLN Audio PM runs without Problems, but I absolutely prefer
the Superior Drummer 3 and all my Toontrack Products !!! 🙂
