  Hello

  Right this isn’t a criticism, EZDrummer is an incredible bit of tech, more a fact finding mission and an opportunity for somebody to educate me!

  Say I click on

  Browser > EZ Drummer Libraries > EZ Drummer Modern > Ballad > Straight 4/4 > Slow Rock 75 BPM > Chorus

  I get three chorus variations … now that doesn’t seem like a lot! ?

  So, how should I look at it?

  1. Buy some more expansion packs already you cheapskate!
  2. Do you have much understanding of drums? No, not really. Ok well if you did you’d realise three variations is quite a lot
  3. Sure there’s limited basic patterns but the point is you customise them to fit your specific needs, wherein there are infinite variations
  4. Sure limited patterns come with the expansion packs (the point of the expansion packs is the drum sounds not patterns) and you add to them with the MIDI packs (from Toontracks or others)
