I love the small toms as well but I think toontrack have done reasonably well in this department comparing them to other drum vsti.

Please don’t take my comment as a critique. I researched them all and Superior Drummer lives up to the name.  I find the software pretty incredible, being a software developer myself I know there is some serious work being done here.

The core library has a 6″ and 8″ Pearl Masterworks and a 6″ and 8″ Ludwig Concert Tom.  But I’m wondering if there are more to be had.  I can make these work.

I agree with you and use the pearl kit a lot because it has the small toms. I too would love every kit to have a full range. I do find the concert toms a very welcome surprise, probably due to having a real set of 6 concert toms in the 80s myself from 6” to 14”
