Hi – I purchased EZ Drummer 2 and songwriter add-on yesterday through the site, but did not receive a confirmation email with serial number. I do see the charge on my credit card, however ($249). Also, I was unable to register as a user yesterday after multiple “reset password” attempts (reset password emails didn’t arrive in my inbox yesterday), but that appears to be working now, and I was able to download and login to the Product Manager. Not sure if that issue is related, but thought it worth mentioning. Please advise – thanks!

I’ve resent you your invoice that includes your serial numbers for your products for your purchases. Can you verify that you’ve received it? Check spam folders in case of gets hung up there.
