Running High Sierra OS, EZ Drummer 2, uninstalled and then downloaded latest Product Manager, all of my products are up to date and ready to use and can be accessed in EZ Drummer 2 except the Reggae MIDI pack I just purchased?
It’s the Search tab in EZdrummer 2. It’s called Grooves in Superior Drummer 3, so they are sometimes unintentionally mixed up in our answers here on the forum 🙂

It seems you have not used the Product Manager application. After downloading it, you need to install it and launch it. It can be found in Applications > Toontrack.
