It will work! The biggest difference if you have a faster disk (SSD for example) is that the kits will load faster.

Thank you Henrik. Can I clear the download for surround and do a fresh download so that it ends up going to the 3TB?

Also, how can I uninstall the previous step 2 and reinstall it with 3,4, and bleed?

I’d like to free up my internal which is stuffed so I can add more expansion packs.

Also, what about those floating electronic  pads?

You can copy what you have installed and then direct SD3 to the new drive

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

You should reinstall the software (but you don’t have to reinstall the entire sound library!)

See my screenshot in post https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/only-electronic-kit-graphics-showing-when-changing-kits/#post-2117747. It will show you where to do this using Product Manager.

Hey Henrick. You’ve been my go to guy so can you look at my post about moving Parts 1 and 2 to my new 1Tb USB3 SSD? I also sent it as a Tech Support request a little while ago. Thank you.
