My crash on the aux is not mapped to the crash cymbal. It is mapped to the small China crash position. How do I “move” a cymbal to the correct position on the kit?
did you start out with the TD-15 Preset on the MIDID IN/E-drums settings page?
Let’s say you did and then you can select to show only Crash cymbals (or the specific Cymbal) in the drop-down right under ‘Overview’. Select the Cymbal in question in the list to the left and then click ‘Learn’ in the Mapping and Response section of the window to the right. Hit your Crash pad. Now it should be mapped to the Cymbal you selected.
If there are more tweaks you need to do, please do so and then ‘Save as…’ your own MIDI Preset.
