There appears to be a problem with the organization of the midi files in the Hardcore Matt Byrne Add-on midi pack. Maybe they are not labeled correctly. I tried uninstalling this midi pack and reinstalling it.
So far I have only noticed this problem with the files in the “Heavy” folder.
When I go into the Grooves window in SD3 and drag Verse o1 from Gomorrah 103 BPM into Pro Tools the file in Pro Tools is labeled Barrel 95 bpm. This is the case with almost all the midi files in the Heavy folder. They are almost all labeled something other than what they should be once they are dragged into Pro Tools.
I have randomly checked for this problem in the other 2 dozen midi packs I own and so far have only noticed this problem with the midi files from the Heavy folder in the Hardcore midi pack.
Hi,
Thanks for your report. This will be fixed in the next update of SD3. It only happens if you have the MIDI on an Apple File System disk.
