I’m currently trying to record a drum part and wanted to know if it was at all possible to have it start recording as soon as it notices that there’s input. FL Studio does this and it’s a super nice feature, because right now I’m recording stuff and trying to line it up manually.
The reason I’m asking this is because the part that I’m recording doesn’t come into the song until like a minute in.
Thanks!
Do you run SD3 in FL, or as a standalone? If you run in in FL, you can record enable SD3 and put FL in the mode where it starts to record when MIDI notes are received. This should make SD3 start it’s recording at the same time as FL.
