I think I’m running into an EZDrummer 2 limitation, but I wanted to be sure:
One thing I love in drum parts is open hi-hat accents.
So, what I’d like to be able to do is add open hi-hat notes (via Edit Style) to a MIDI loop I like that already has some hi-hat work (a loop that has non-open hi-hat notes, I mean).
However, it seems like Edit Style doesn’t allow for this level of detail on the hi-hat, even if there are (thankfully) plenty of Toontrack MIDI loops with multiple hi-hat articulations within them. Conversely, it seems like Edit Style only allows you to change the articulation of all hi-hat notes all at once and add/subtract the number of hi-hat notes in general.
Am I correct about this, or is there something I’m missing? Thanks!
