I gave myself SD3 for Christmas. Love it,,,,,but having a few problems.
I have a Mid 2009 MBP with 8G ram and a 240GB SSD HD. So I got the program loaded on the external SSD. How do I get SD3 to see the ext, drive? I know I have to give it a path……but I can’t seem to figure it out.
Also…..my E-drum kit is a Yamaha DTXtreme III with the updated firmware to DTX900. Everything is working except the hi-hats. I only get foot splashes,,,,,,nothing else. What am I doing wrong.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I am a bit of a computer novice, so any instructions you might provide should be very specific and somewhat detailed. I am very good at following instructions!
Thanks in advance and I’m excited to start using SD3!
Hi there, finding the SSD I can help with. In SD3 goto settings > libraries > browse libraries. Then navigate to the place you have the SD3 library installed.
For your hi hat problem, have you gone to settings > MIDI in Edrums tab and selected Yamaha?
