First and foremost, I am blind so forgive me if I overlooked something.
I had to put in a new SSD into my desktop computer, and because of that, I had to restart and reinstall everything from scratch. Not so fun… I had to go to the product page on my account on the site to deactivate my products. I was able to successfully deactivate my ezdrummer and ezx expansions, no problems. I was able to deactivate my ezmix 2 without any problems. However, when I tried to deactivate the ezmix packs, it said the packs were activated/authorized to my ezmix serial, or something like that and did not give me the option to remove them. With this said, I am left scratching my head asing the following question:
Is deactivating of the ezmix packs necessary since they are tethered to the ezmix software license? or will I still have to individually deactivate them all to preserve my activations? If I have to deactivate them all, how do I go about doing that?
Deactivating them is not necessary, nor possible.
