It means that the file isn’t in sync of where it is on the hard drive vs. the EZdrummer 2 database.

Go to Menu/Advanced/ and rebuild the MIDI database to get it sync, which should fix the problem!

Thanks Henrik. I have restore the midi Database now, but the problem is not gone…..

is my sdd hard drive out of order?

Those files might come from the folder Mega Pack EZdrummer 2.

Can you try to remove that and see if the non working files are gone?

Add the MIDI folder back again after, and see if the non working files still are gone.

This can be handled from Menu/Settings/MIDI Libraries

I did it now. Without mega pack no mistakes. Then mega pack made again. And again I get the exclamation mark ;-(

    Test this:

    • remove the mega pack from EZdrumer 2
      • in Settings/MIDI Libraries -> right click the Mega Pack and select “Remove”
    • Go to Menu/Advanced -> select rebuild the database
    • Go to Settings/MIDI Libraries and add the Mega Pack again

Ok, there’s something wrong with the Bongo MIDI files. Can you locate them in Finder and see if they work, for example manually drag them to the song track of EZdrummer 2 and see if they work?

Nice to hear! Faulty drives can be a hassle, since they often make software behave strangely, rather than completely stop working.
