  Hi,

   

  I purchased a copy of Superior Drummer 3 Crossgrade in the thomann.de webshop (https://www.thomann.de/intl/lv/toontrack_superior_drummer_3_crossgrade.htm), but after the product registration the advertised free New York Studios Vol.1 SDX was not added to my Toontrack account.

  I attached a screenshot of the offer on thomann.de to this post.

  P.S. – A ticket #(86732) was created regarding this on 2018/11/24, but it looks like the response on the forum is much faster. My apologies for reporting the issue twice, but I wanted to get a response before the Black Friday promotions end.

   

  Could you, please, take a look into this? Thanks in advance.
