But I can´t manage to sync EZkeys with Ableton Live 10.

What happens – doesn’t it play EZkeys at all, or isn’t the timeline of EZkeys in sync with the timeline of Live?

EZkeys starts to play just fine, but the timeline of EZkeys is not in sync with Abletons timeline.

In what way – is there always 1 bar off sync?

The tempo of EZkeys (e.g. StringMachines – Tom Hyperdrive) seems to be frozen.

“Follow Host” is activated and when i´m changing the tempo in Live the display of the Tempo in EZkeys is showing the same as it is in Live.

But the sound is just not in sync at all.

When i´m disabling “Follow Host” and adjusting the Tempo in EZkeys itself, it´s just the same. The Tempo (rythmical sound of “Tom Hyperdrive”) is frozen.

Is the LFO part of the sound that is out of sync?

    • If so: can you change the value of the LFO Speed knob in the bottom left part of the interface, can you get it the way you want then?
      • That LFO isn’t tempo synced, so you have to manually set it to a value that you want.

    That´s it!

I can change the tempo by adjusting the LFO speed knob. Too bad it isn´t synced automatically.

Stupid me, I should’ve come up with this myself. I was used not to worry about the LFO sync as most of the other soft-synth I´m using are synced.

    Thank you Henrik!

Yeah, it’s easy to overlook 🙂 I used to only use tempo synched LFOs before, but now I sometimes feel that it’s kind of nice to set an almost synced value. It gives you an analog synthesizer feel to the music, which is nice in these days when everything seems to be 100% quantized and in sync!
