Hi, yesterday I bought 2 ezmix libraries as part of the black friday offer (order 2148470).
I downloaded the Product Manager as instructed, but none of them was showing for downloading either at PM or at my account on the site.
Today, I logged in again and my order didn’t even appear on my dashboard.
What happened?
By, the way, isn’t there a customer contact form so we can report this problems? The recipt e-mail is a no-reply address, so I can’t get in touch directly with Toontrack.
Did you receive an email invoice with your order confirmation? Did it contain serial numbers for the products that you purchased? If so, register them in your Product Manager and you should be able to then download, install, and authorize.

No, I only received an e-mail with the order receipt. No serial numbers..
I’ve resent your invoice. Can you check if you received it? Check any spam filters also in case it got snagged there.

Can you resend mine? Ive got an order number (2150815) in my receipt email but no serial number.
