I am a member and user of all Toontrack products. Why is their no active link to the forums?
I want to delete a EZKeys preset from the app but there is no “delete” function.

I see no products registered to the email address in this forum account. Do you have more than 1 account?

Hi,
Yes -I started out registering all my products with “rgrills1@telus.net” with all my products -EZKeys, EZDrummer2, EzMix – then registered to the forums as my other account email address is “mmwebmarketing@gmail.com”.
Like the question about “deleting presets”, I can’t edit my account to go to the forums in either without registering all my products as well.
Your website has not working support links on the bottom line – EG. “support” is not functional.

I’m not sure I follow what you are saying. I see a thread you started in the EZkeys Support Forum using the ‘telus.net’ account. Are you saying you can’t access that thread now using that ‘telus.net’ forum account? You won’t have access to the support forums using your gmail account since there are no products registered to it and forum access is only granted to the account with products.
