Hey, I fear this will be a really obvious thing that I missed, but whenever I load SD3, the only kit graphics that show up are some generic electronic pads that seem to float in mid-air. If I change to a different kit, I still just get a graphic of the floating pads, and no representation of acoustic drums. This doesn’t really keep me from using it, but it’s kind of irritating in that I seem to be getting a different UI than everyone else out there. Any help? Thanks in advance.
If you open Product Manager, does it say that everything is correctly installed, and updated?

Yes! It was the first thing I looked at. Everything says it’s current.
Can you copy and send the text from the Superior Drummer 3 Help menu > About? (Press the Copy Text button, and paste it in a post here).
To try to fix it, can you go into the Product Manager and download the sounds update for the first core library of Superior Drummer 3, and then install it?
This is where you find it:

Hello. I’m a new user. I have the floating pads too. My Product manager also says everything is up to date. If reinstalling the update is the answer, how do I do that? Can you tell me the exact path using >? Thank you.

See my screenshot in post https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/only-electronic-kit-graphics-showing-when-changing-kits/#post-2117747. It will show you where to do this using Product Manager.

Henrik, please, I’m still waiting to get resolution to this problem. I won’t be back at my Mac for another 5 or so hours but, I thought I get a jump on the day. What is clear to me(I think) is that my install did not give me a complete tree of graphics files that were supposed to be in my graphicsV3 folder. I said that I got the missing ones from my retailer and I don’t know how to be any more clear on this. I followed all the install directions, I got green check marks “ready to use” on everything I installed. I did the update you proposed 4 times and still, a week later, I’m no closer to this resolution. When I’ve had issues with a few other software companies, by this time, they got on TeamViewer, and straightened me out. As I said previously, I love the product but, this problem, and the lack of a solution to it for this long is getting irritating. Please contact me or get me someone that can give me the time to deal with this so I can move forward. I apologize for my being tense about this but I am on my last nerve. There is nothing that going into the manual is going to show me on this apparent incomplete install. I am holding off purchasing additional SDX’s until this is resolved. Thank you for the attention that you have given me thus far. I look forward to working with you today or another tech today that can get this problem behind me ~Vinny
