I’m trying to configure my midi keyboard (M-Audio Keystation Mini 32) so that kick drums are on adjacent keys. Currently the kick is assigned to C2 within my Reaper DAW and the Snare D2. I’m trying to programme metal drums so would like to reassign D2 to be a second kick rather than a snare.
Right clicking on the drums in the “Drum” view and then “Details” shows what keys the drums are assigned to but does not provide any functionality to edit this? Could you pleas tell me if I’m missing something or do I need to do this through my DAW (Reaper)?
