According to the product manager, everything is up to date and authorized. Yet, when I switch presets inside SD3 when working in my DAW Mixbus 32C, I sometimes get a prompt telling me to authorize my product. The thing is, I can’t log in through my usual login. It states that “there seems to something wrong with the product you are trying to authorize. If reinstalling it does not help, please contact support”.
What going on? If I click on offline authorization and follow the instructions I just end up at the website, prompting me to either download the product manager or go via the website manager.
Now, if I’m using any of the expansion packs that I have, such as the Rock Foundry, and I walk through my presets, I run into the same scenario. But what’s different is that now I can log in when prompted to authorize my product, which as stated above, I can’t while using the ordinary library. However, every time I change back to a preset that initially had me prompted to authorize, it again does so!
So, what’s going on here?
