I got an error message that EZdrummer crashed on me. I’m using Studio One 3.5 as my DAW. Windows 10 is my O.S.
What program should I use to open up my crash dump file, and what should I do after that to get EZdrummer operational again?
Also, I went through the Product Manager to try and fix the problem. The audio device is correct. I tried to update the sound sources, but it wouldn’t let me until I installed the entire program. I did that and it still wouldn’t let me update the sound sources.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,
could you please zip the dump files and attach to a post here?

John

I notice in the first crash message it says “32-bit VST”, not having run Studio One or EZD on Windows 10 myself (only Mac) but shouldn’t it be running 64 bit plug-ins, or am I interpreting the message incorrectly.
