Hello Dear Friends,
I’ve installed my ezdrummer on my new laptop, runned toontrack program manager to register and authorize ezdrummer, imported it to my cubase 5 vst instruments list, but it still asks for authorization code in my new laptop. What shoul I do?
my computer: Asus vivobook pro
intelcore i7 8th generation
Windows 10
Thank you for your time,

Are you running 32-bit or 64-bit EZD2? 32-bit or 64-bit Cubase 5?

Actually, as both are old software (I’ve installed it from the old cds), I believe that they are both 32 bits… running on a 64 bit computer. Could that be the problem?
You can use the product Manager to check whether you have run the 64-bit installer or not, any way it is recommended to download and run the latest update.
I’m a bit puzzled by
imported it to my cubase 5 vst instruments list
Did you copy or move the ‘ezdrummer.dll’ file post install? Because that is not supported and would be a cause for the Authorization problem.
BR,
John
