Can I use MIDI cc7 or cc11 to control the overall volume of the whole kit?

  Superior Drummer 2 allowed me to control the overall volume of the whole kit using cc7. I can’t find where to do this in SD3 – it seems that I have to assign each drum to a cc. Is there a way to do it?
