It should work. In the About dialog in Toontrack Solo, does it say version 1.3.2?

Do you have multiple monitors? Could it be that the drummer window opens on a different monitor? (It shouldn’t but it could be worth checking.)

Thank you for your reply, Olof. The version is 1.3.2. The only monitor is the laptop’s screen. I just got it to work, albeit sluggishly. The Add new drummer dialog has some latency with the controls. I had to fuss with the OK button. On my MacBook Pro, the button doesn’t become enabled for a few seconds after pressing it. In fact, I have to press it to the right of the OK label on the button for it to do anything. If you press it on the OK label itself, it doesn’t do anything. That was what made me think it was malfunctioning in my original post. After the button is enabled, I need to press it again to launch Superior Drummer. A little clunky, but it works.

Strange. I can’t reproduce this behaviour. However, you can double-click a drummer in the list to open it or use the Enter key.

hi there

hoping that you can help me with this software problem !!!i am running my mac on High Sierra 10.13.6 but can’t get my EZDrummer and Latin Percussion to load !!

on my EZDrummer its states that you need 1.1.4

am a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to this stuff !!

so any help would be appreciated

It’s the best and easiest way to manage your products and authorizations.
