    Thank you!

That’s pretty unfortunate. They’ve put so much time and effort into making a pretty stellar user experience with SD3-stand-alone, but it sounds like I have to go through my DAW to tempo sync with any external devices. Wouldn’t be an issue if the DAW didn’t take keyboard shortcut priority over SD3. Makes writing drums in SD3’s UI pretty frustrating.

I’d like to have protools sync up with the stand alone version of SDX 3.

Mostly because Im writing an album and I would like to have one SDX session for all the sessions in protools.

I understand I can use it on an instrument track in protools, But in my specific work flow this seems more appropriate.

I control guitar pro 7 with protools. It would be a cool addition to SDX 3.

    Hi Tareq,

you can’t sync the SD3 standalone that way to Pro Tools. You would also need a true multi-client audio interface or several to be able to hear SD3 while Pro Tools is running. You can save yourSD3 Project and load up in the Pro Tools session’s SD3 plugin on an Instrument Track.
