Hi all! Having just yesterday posted a question regarding another topic I feel I should probably read the manual in its entirety instead of skimming it as I learn to use the software. 
Nevertheless the community here seems to be super helpful which is great. The problem I have is that when I drag grooves to the arrange bar and edit them around I find that SD3 somehow autonomously edits my grooves and deletes notes sometimes, especially from the beginning of some sections. After this happens I try to fix it in the grid editor by drawing a note but the note refuses to play and commit. When I go to another section and come back the note I just drew isn’t there anymore.

In the clip I noticed that SD3 has deleted the first bass drum hit in my verse at some point. I try to put it back and it lets me draw it but on playback it doesn’t play and when I go to another section and come back the bass drum hit is gone again. I notice in the velocity bar the vertical velocity slider is grayed out instead of having a white outlook like the other bass drum hits. So in essence it seems to be disabled somehow? Any clues as to why the notes keep disappearing and why I’m unable to add more? I’ve been searching the menus and other sections in hopes to find some sort of solution but after a couple of hours of looking around still face the same issue. Thanks!
