Since this latest update I get a message that says audio device error in the bottom right corner and I have to reset it because I get no sound when it occurs. It happens randomly and sometimes every 5 minutes of so. What could this be from?
Hi,
in which environment is this? Computer, OS, host, etc?

If you use any other audio software, do you experience any problems with your Audio Interface?

OK,
which Audio Device and driver do you use?
Is the Driver updated?
Do you have any power saving features enabled?
BR,
John

Scarlett Focusrite 2i2 with latest drivers. Asio sample rate 24bit 88.2khz. No power saving features enabled that I know of but when I get home I will double check. It never ever did this until this last update, 3.1.1 last night it did it in my DAW also. I was looking through the settings last night and saw in my Midi inputs that my e-kit and the Scarlett was check marked so I unchecked the Scarlett and it didn’t do it after that. My interface should not be selected for midi in correct? Thank you guys

I was wrong, its a Scarlett 2i4 and I don’t have any power setting features enabled. Thanks
OK,
so un-checking the MIDI In for your Scarlett “solved” it?
