Hey guys, I am starting from scratch with a kit and want to create kick snare Toms ect.. Busses. How do I go about doing this ? I have looked at the manual and don’t see what I’m looking for ?

Click on “Output” or “Send to” of an existing bus (e.g. microphone bus) and select an unused bus.
I may have found what I’m looking for, I selected “Edit visibility ” and busses 1-16 showed up. Would I just name the ones I need and rout each instrument to them ?

Yes you can rename any bis after it is visible. For make a bus visible you can either edit it’s visibility manually or make it visible automatically by routing an instrument or other bus to it.
