Do you mean graphically? If so – it does 🙂 If you load the default Drums and Mixer preset, and play the topmost MIDI groove in the Grooves tab – the foot pedal moves when it closes and opens the hi-hat. Maybe I misunderstand you here?

This person might be experiencing the issue I’m trying to resolve. When playing with my Roland TD-1K, the high hat pedal doesn’t open/close the high hat. When the pedal is pressed down, it’s still an open high hat. The EZDrummer demo did not have this issue. The demo just worked right out of the box. Also, in the demo, the sound of each piece of the kit was even but in SD3 the levels are all over the place. Super quite kick and a really loud snare etc… Hopefully, this is just beginner frustration…
