I went to install EZD 2, but it said EZD 1 was already installed. Does that mean EZD1 has to be removed? I have projects I am still working on that use EZD 1.
Thanks.
What is the exact error message? Can you take a screenshot?
EZD2 will replace the EZD1 plugin and should install over EZD1. Projects will then open and load the new EZD2 plugin with the EZD1 sounds.

I modified my initial question, as I have the EZDrummer 2 Upgrade.
Anyway, this is the message:
An existing EZDrummer was detected on your computer. EZDrummer 2 64-bit will be installed in the follwoing directory: CProgram Files (x86)ToontracksEZDrummer.
I’m a little nervous going forward that I can still edit my project as easily as now. So the interface will be completely different?
Thanks.
Will it be as in EZD 1 if my editing would consist of only Piano Roll View editing?

When you install over EZD1, the EZD1 plugin is overwritten with EZD2. Editing in your DAW has no effect to the interface.
