Hi! I have superior drummer 2 package I won on a contest some years ago. (I have the order number) But when logging in, I don’t see it on my products.
What do I have to do?
You would need to register the serial number to your account before it will show under your My Products section.

When I try to download stuff, I get the error “Serial ERROR”, but I have successfully installed the software.
Are you downloading via Product Manager? If not you should.
