    Hi,

can you elaborate, please? Perhaps share a screen shot of the error?
Is this with running the full installer from the Product Manager or the 2.1.4 update?
If you run the 2.1.4 update and click ‘Customise’ after the EULA screen, is the AAX checked or not?

    BR,
    John

I’ve been having the same problem for 2 weeks. It’s maddening. I’ve had it working on this computer before. I did a small upgrade to my PT subscription, and now i’ve been chasing my old plugins down for WEEKS…. this one is so frustrating… I’ve done literally everything out there on the net. I can’t get the AAX to load. I’ve had this on my computer for a long time now would appreciate a little help on this. I’ve had very little use out of this program in the few years I’ve had it. thanks

i’ve seen no customize link after the Eula screen

    Hi there,

First off does the file: EZDrummer.aaxplugin exist in:

    Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-ins ?

Have you downloaded the full installer (not the update) and run the uninstall program?

If not, please do so. Then run the installer and you should see the customize button.
