Problem with EZ Mix

Hi,
I downloaded EZ Mix 2 with 6 extensions in 2016 with a iMac and I search now to install the extensions on an other Mac, but it doesn’t work. EZ Mix works but when I want to install the extensions a message appears “Could not read installer config file”…

Hi,

are you using the Product Manager?
If not please do so. If you are, then I suggest that you try uninstalling then re-downloading and re-installing.
