How to export midi as multi-stave

  I am trying to import keyboard midi from EZ Keys into Sibelius, but it keeps getting imported as a single stave and results in a substantial amount of editing.
  Sibelius is set to import any incoming midi into two staves, but this does not fix the problem. So…. Is there a way to tell EZ Keys to export midi as two staves?
