i just purchased a build your own 6 midi pack bundle and i received an e mail receipt on my phone but not on my computer for it however i have no access to download it or use it or anything it does not show up in my product manager
my receipt has an order number but not a serial number to register product with also i only received the receipt on my mobile device and not in my same e mail account on my computer which i found to be strange. does it matter if its a week day or weekend??
ok sorry there are serial numbers but it does not show up anywhere on my account or account manager to download products i tried to register one of them by entering serial number in register product thing and it says its invalid
