“The ‘Alt-Rock’ sound library is not working correctly, install the latest update” message !!!

    It’s worth mentioning that I have dowloaded the latest update, deleted, reinstalled and updated. Alt-Rock EZX is marked as updated and ready to use in Product Manager.

    What version number of EZD2 shows on the EZD2 interface? Are you running the latest version of EZD2 (2.1.4)?

    Hi Scott.

    Yep. It shows version 2.1.4 (64-BIT).

    Try running the latest 2.14 EZD2 update again.

    Have done that again. Same result. Then restarted the computer and got the same result. At a loss…Screen-Shot-2017-03-27-at-12.22.01-pm-1.png

    I just had the same thing happen. I uninstalledalt-rock and reinstalled and restarted logic and it worked. Good luck!
