  I am unable to launch Product Manager. After Installation , when i double click the Desktop icon, nothing happens, though when i run task manager i see it as one of the processes. I am on Windows 10.

  I did get to install and Authorize superior Drummer from your website without the product Manager, but seems i need the product manager to download all the sounds

  Please Help
