User presets and Manage in explorer in Mapping section

  Hello,

  I use Superior Drummer 2 ver 2.4.4 through Ableton Live 9 with the VST plugin 64bits and Windows 10 64bits, i would like to create save or load a user preset in the MAPPING section, I put a user midi file in C:UserMyNameDocumentsToonTrackSuperiorDrummer2MidiPresets
  but when i drag the menu to MIDI->User Presets, nothing appears.
  When i click on Manage In Explorer, no browser window appears and when i try to save or delete a preset file, i’ve got a Failed to write to disk! pop-up in Superior 2.
  My C drive and an external drive are sane and there is space avalaible..
