How do you check on the status of an order?

  I placed an order for 3 bundles on May 11th, 2016 and I still have not received the order. It was a birthday gift for my husband. How disappointing. I can’t find a number to call to check on the status of the order. Is this company legitimate?

  Also, it says my time zone is Europe/Stockholm. It is not. I am in the US.

  Thanks to anyone who can offer some insight.
