Hi I have recently purchased an Ezkeys retro electrics and have been trying to download the program but it consistently gives me the error 1723, no matter how many times I download it and extract the files for the installer where as my Ezmix 2 is running fine and had no problems such as this.. please guide me through, a snap shot of my error on screen is attached along the message, thus help required..
