I bought the Metal Foundry and has no serial number at all. just wondering why Toontrack sells a product with no serial number. Security purposes ? I don’t know. but It is a pain in the neck. It absorbs ridiculously a lot of time to figure out an issue like this. Need some help and answers.

Where did you purchase from? You’ll need to contact the seller and get a serial number. It should be provided by the retailer on an invoice or receipt (email or hard copy).

I bought it from Guitar Center. I will contact them for sure. But i asked previously about any inconvenient since they sold me an OPENED BOX product and they told me that they might contact you for it. so, I am confused still. Why a product with no Serial Number ? anyways, i ll try to dig in to the problem as much as i can. Thanks for the help.
