I just upgraded to EZdrummer 2.
If I’m using “EZdrummer 2 Modern Basic” the cymbal 2 can be choked, but for example the cymbal 3 can’t. The weird part is that if I just change the set to “Metal Machine Basic”, even the cymbal 2 can’t be choked. What I could do? Haven’t changed any settings.
I have Roland TD-15.
Hi,
which version number is displayed in the interface?
Are you using the ‘Roland’ E-drum MIDI Preset in EZdrummer 2?

I wasn’t using ‘Roland’ E-drum MIDI Preset, but it didn’t fix the problem.
Is it so that just some of the cymbals have the choke option? If so, is there a way to know which have the choke sound?

It would seem that you have found a bug in EZXs “Metal Machine”,
“Metal!” and “Metal Heads”. The cymbals in these EZXs cannot
be muted/choked by aftertouch or channel pressure in EZdrummer 2.
It works fine in EZdrummer 1 and Superior 2. There will be an update
that fixes this. I have no estimated date.
Cocktail also lacks this feature but that is so also in EZ1 and S2
and so would seem to be deliberate.
