    Hi,

please re-dowload the full installer. There should be nothing wrong with the archive.

I cannot find an installer on the Toontrack site. All I have under My Products are EZDrummer 2 and its updates, and the two expansions I own plus their updates.

I click EZDrummer 2, and Download Version 2.0.2 for PC. It gives me an archive that refuses to unzip. I saw one thread that said keep trying, as some large downloads could drop packets during download, but I have done this over 30 times with the same result. All expansions and updates unzip fine. There are threads upon threads upon threads of people having the same issue. I have also tried visiting the Register Product tab, entering my key, and attempting to download it there. And same thing. I have tried this on Google Chrome AND Firefox. I have tried on various online unzip utilities in addition to the one on my PC, CamUnZip. And here’s what I get from Cam:
Fatal Error: central dir signature not found
    can’t find zip file dir
    no files found
    0 files were Extracted.

There are clearly files in this archive. I cannot extract a single one.

So yes, it IS your archive that is the problem.

If the “Installer” you’re mentioning is inside the zip archive behind the button “Download Version 2.0.2 for PC,” let me reiterate: I CANNOT UNZIP THE ARCHIVE TO GET TO THE INSTALLER. Your archive is broken.

If there is an alternate mirror by which to download EZDrummer 2 with an archive that actually works, please provide a link. I am very tired of dealing with this.

Can you give us your system details? OS version? Do you have the UAC on or off? VP enabled or disabled? I just downloaded the TT206_EZdrummer2_WIN_202 file and extracted the EZdrummer2_WIN folder and contents fine here on my Windows 8.1 system using the default Window unzip utility (right-click on zip and selecting ‘Extract All’).

It’s a gaming computer. This thing is a beast.

I have tried with UAC on and off. By VP do you mean VPN? If so, I don’t believe I’ve set one up.

    VP is virus protection.

Can you post a screen shot of the error when using Windows extract utility.
