hi I thought we were getting a free ezx of our choice to my amazement , I had the rock drums given free , I wanted the hip hop drums expansion, I have emailed please tell me I can get the hiphop drums free instead.

same here! I wanted a metal expansion and I got rock.. AND ! I cant even download my purchases.. I bought them on my phone and now go home to download them and it says SERIAL ERROR.. I got to my products and they dont even show up there.. I have to look at my previous invoice to see them but cannot download them
yeah well they said only if you buy the regular one, I’m well disappointed its not easy to spot and i upgraded only on that basis and they chucked yet another rock drum heck how many rock drums do we need lol. it massive downer tbh why do companies penalise regular users i never ever get that, They need a leaf out of universal audio books quite frankly .. thankfully its a great product but i have my fill of rock drums so will return that one asap
whats with toontrack seriously their response was appalling far enough it was an easy mistake to make BUT to then not even allow a crossgrade or to choose the ezx pack is really daft we are regular customers for crying out loud .. i tell you this i won’t be buying anymore id rather go somewhere where they value repeat customers đ ,, I’m in business’ sometimes flexibility goes a long way, why not offer a discount for me to cross grade to the hip hop pack and it not like we are talking lots of flaming money crikey .. cheers toontrack
