Authorization WIndows 10 problem?

I upgrade my PC from Windows 8 to 10. I haven’t used EZ drummer for a very long time but when I tried to open it today, it gives me a screen asking for information to authorize it even though I had done so when I first bought it. I get an “invalid serial number” message. I have tried upper and lower case letters, double checked to make sure all characters are correct, tried both using and omitting the dashes, but nothing works. Version is 1.3.0. Help!!!

I have this same problem;

except I’m trying to use EZ Drummer in a 2nd DAW other than the one I initially authorized it in and both offline and online authorization have failed.

I don’t think either EZ Drummer or Superior Drummer2 works with win 10. Solo will launch for either either one, but they won’t appear as available plugins/instruments in Pro Tools 11. I coudn’t find any reference to this being the case, but I’ve tried numerous times to no avail.
