I’ve always opened multiple tracks for the drums, to give them their own sounds that they need (Toms, Cymbals, Hi-Hats,ect…) So I Finally got EZ Drummer 2, and it will only allow me to have 1 track open, it says “Not Enough Memory! You are running a 32-bit version of EZDrummer. Because of this, there is a limit to the total amount of sounds EZDrummer Instances can Load.”
Help, Alot of my songs had their perfect sounds already, then this happened. I’m sure It is considered really easy thing to some, but I make Music first, then figured out/Learn about the Hardware.
Hi,
which host and OS are you using?
Which version number is displayed in the EZdrummer 2 plugin interface?
Are you saying that you insert several instances of EZdrummer 2 in your project to get different drums on separate tracks?
If so, that is not necessary, since you can assign your faders in the EZdrummer 2 mixer to 16 different plugin outputs.

I use a iMac OS10 I believe, I use Logic Pro 9. I use different tracks, I use a track just for the Toms, to have their own special sound that they need. Same with The Bass Drum and Snare Drum and Cymbals.
Also, you should select the Logic app in Finder, press Cmd+I to bring up the info and make sure that the 32-bit mode is NOT checked.

Thank you, that did it. I will always remember to check that if anything happens, just in case.
