I recently purchased a new computer and am trying to get all my files from toontrack downloaded on it. But when I try to install my EZX Expansions and Midi packs I keep getting the message Could not read updater config file! I am thus unable to install these products. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

are you just installing updates before you have run the full product installer?

I get the “Could not read installer config file” error.
trying to re-download and reinstall exz’s

Hi,

I am having the same issue. Have installed EZ Drummer on new laptop, but can’t instal expansion packs? How did you fix this?
