The idea for this video was to look at man’s attempts to figure out his place in the universe through geometry. Satie’s music provides the sad, sweet, melancholic flavor for the video. I animated etchings from the Masters along with animated objects from Pixite’s Matter app. I also used the Rollworld app for some of the swirling effects. The video compositing was done in Pinnacle Studio for iPad. The audio is Steinberg’s Virtual Grand Piano and, of course, EZDrummer’s jazz drums mixed in Cubase.
