Cannot authorize new Mac Pro

None of my registered products authorized with an old computer ID will authorized with the new computer. Please be pains-takingly complete with each and every step required. Assume I know nothing. I uninstalled any ToonTrack stuff in my new computer (except free SOLO) to start fresh.
