  Hi
  I have just purchased Songwriters Drumpack Collection and Essential Drums midi 6. The purchase was confirmed but when I try to download the files from my Recent orders list it goes to a webpage and shows “Serial ERROR” message.
  I notice that my purchases do not show up on the My Products page.
  My order no is 248220.

  Please Help.
